The Brotgarten offers you bread and rolls, cakes and snacks as well as salads and quiches made with raw ingredients from controlled organic farming.
The Brotgarten is also a certified member of Bioland Germany. It is very important for us that we get the majority of our raw ingredients from the Schleswig Holstein region.
